Im starting a church. What do yall look for in a church (Baptist)

1.) values women and treats them with the respect they deserve.
2.) doesn't have wierd dress codes
3.) feels comfortable/friendly, but not too friendly or pushy
4.) preaches the gospel

I forget was Jesus teachings more along the way of Witness, Baptist, Pentecost, Roman Catholic, its been so long I will have to reread the new testament and see what denomination he & his twelve claimed to be??

I look for the Bible to be taught, the music to glorify God, I choose the traditional music and hymns. And a Pastor that is a God pleaser and not a ppl pleaser.
Not a respector of persons.
