Researchers have found that losing abdominal fat is one of the most important steps you can take to stay healthy for life. Most people realize that excess fat is unhealthy, but the key is where the fat is distributed. People with apple-shaped bodies (fattest in the abdomen) have a greater risk of heart disease and diabetes than those with pear shapes (fattest in the hips, buttocks, and thighs). Most people with belly fats do not have time to workout because of time element and they tend to get diet supplements that can do that for them. The question is what type of diet supplement that really works for belly fats? Deriving from product reviews of actual users, one of the sample supplements that has been highly recommended was Relacore and others diets such as South beach, etc.

Eliminate refined sugar and flour from your diet.

Exercise three times a week for 30 minutes each time. Walking is the best activity because it does not require you to join an expensive gym or any expensive equipment.

Drink at least 40 to 80 ounces of water daily.

Take a multi-vitamin every day.

Eat three sensible meals a day, balanced meals.

Sleep 8 hours nightly.

Don't eat for 3 hours before going to bed at night.

Be patient. It took you 5 years to get a bigger belly, it will take some time to go back down.

Don't go back to any bad habits after you reach your goal size. Continue on your healthy habits. Rich desserts and fatty foods should be an OCCASIONAL treat, not a nightly ritual.

Good Luck!

If you want to know how to get rid of belly fat then you have to look at the whole body. It is impossible to lose fat in a particular spot. No amount of sit-ups or crunches will melt that layer of fat away. You’ll just end up with rock hard abs hiding behind a layer of squishy fat. You have to have body wide fat reduction if you ever want to get rid of that extra belly fat.

There are three things you will have to do if you want to get rid of your belly fat.

• Diet – This has nothing to do with the latest diet fad. This has everything to do with the nutritional value of the food you eat. Your body is a high performance machine. It needs protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins and minerals to function properly. A lean healthy diet will allow your body to metabolize its fate store more efficiently

• Core Strengthening Exercises - You must exercise and strengthen all your core muscles, not just your abs, if you want that firm toned midsection. In addition it is vitally important that you also exercise your major muscle groups which include your legs and back. These are the biggest muscles in your body and working them burns more calories then exercising just your abdominal muscles.

• Cardio/Aerobic Training - The key to getting rid of fat is burning more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above does just that. If you want to get rid of belly fat then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.

If you seriously want to get rid of that extra belly fat then you will need to put in a little work. Changing your diet and starting some form of exercise program is the perfect way to start.

Try a calorie counter watch.
When you can see the numbers it makes a huge difference
You may just need a new way of looking at it.

You take 3,500 plus your intake..Normal is 1,200 when on a diet.

So you have to burn 4,700 a day to burn one pound. Its really easy to do when you can see your goal in numbers. You find yourself shaking your bootie to some music while cooking dinner or waving your arms while watching tv to make sure your numbers are still counting. When you can see what it takes to make your number goal you will have a better idea of what it takes to loose a pounds. And it makes everything seem so easy.

You can pick up an inexpensive one off an online auction or a sports store.

Good Luck
