Your question is probably the most intelligent I have read...but only if you are implying what is a commitment.
Guys and girls can screw around ( not literally) and play games with one another. That's is healthy...but sometimes it does lead to heartbreaks for one of them.
When a person loves someone, that love cannot be mutual until both make a commitment .
Hey, that's not easy. A commitment is serious stuff. Most people don't know how or just don't want to make a commitment. She is not ready with you to make a commitment...but maybe later she will. It does take time.
One day, you will find that special person that feels, wants, and has goals similar to yours....hang in there!

she's afraid....
it does happen....
maybe she should speak to someone and find out why.....
because there's usually some underlying emotion that she hasn't dealt with yet..and it is manifesting itself as fear of commitment....
maybe it's not just the idea of commitment that scares her..it could also be a fear that it won't work out.....so she doesn't commit.

I know how that feels,i was involved with a guy that didn't want to commit.We broke up and he got involved with someone else and he married her.In my opinion when someone do that,they just are not into you.
