Heaven is a plane of existence (sometimes held to exist in our own universe) in religions and spiritual philosophies, typically described as the holiest possible place, accessible by people according to various standards of divinity (goodness, piety, etc.) Christians who believe in heaven generally hold that it is the afterlife destination of those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their saviour. In unusual instances, humans have claimed, according to many testimonies and traditions, personal knowledge of Heaven. They then presume this is for the purpose of teaching the rest of humanity about life, deities and notions of the afterlife.[citation needed
Getting into Heaven
Religions that teach about heaven differ on how (and if) one gets into it. In most, entrance to Heaven is conditional on having lived a "good life" (within the terms of the spiritual system). Catholicism and Anglican Christianity states that "He that believeth and is baptised shall be saved." These religions also state that someone must repent (turn back) from sin in order to get to heaven. To get into Heaven you must be saved, meaning you must accept God into your heart, ask forgiveness for your sins, and believe that he died on the cross for you.

Contrary to what is generally believe, Heaven (or Hell) is not a place up above somewhere. It is right here and we live in either Heaven or Hell based on our state of mind. A Good turn done to some, more often than not makes us feel like in Heaven (almost everytime we live in the present moment, we experience Heaven). It is Heaven when we feel great or surrounded by pleasant things and events. Hell is just the opposite. Therefore, being in Heaven or Hell is in our hands (and minds)
To summarize, Heaven means that state of mind where you are in bliss, unmindful of any negativities and basking in happiness, when you feel divine, see divinity in everyone and everything around you.

Heaven is a place wher there will be no sorrow or worries. This the place where human beings ( their souls) will go after their death in case they have more credits than debits as far as their Karma( actions) in this world are concerned. Once they finish their credit points, they have to take rebirth in this material world again

For people who do good, many religions believe that people will be rewarded in their afterlife. It gives people hope that they'll live peacefully and painlessly in a good world if they do good. However, I believe that doing good intentions without thinking about going to go the heaven is better. It's better to be responsible and "not caught being good" than do good just to achieve a goal.
