because there was no rain from the sky before that so does that mean there were no clouds?

I have absolutely no idea. And neither do I know if there was rain before. The Bible says the earth was watered by a mist, but it doesn't say there was no rain.
That's why I prefer to concentrate onwhat the Bible does say, rather than speculate on what it does not say.
For instance, questions like: how did God say to treat immigrants and refugees? how are we supposed to act toward the widow nad the orphan? toward the hungry? toward the homeless? toward those who are sick, or in prison? There is lots in the Bible on subjects like that, but I really don't hear much theological discussion about it.
More useful to talk about whether there were clouds before the flood!

No the earth was covered with rings like saturn which were ice.

The ground was watered by springs and gysers. That is why the dense vegetation and the reason dinosaurs could walk the earth. They would be incapable of this now for the air is not dense enough and the radiation would kill them just as it did long ago.

Wen the giant meteor struck the earth it caused a change in the climate which caused the sun to reflect back into the atmosphere annihilating the ice rings and destroying the foliage and life originating there.

The water formed into oceans. The sun caused water to evaporate. Evaporation caused clouds. Then it rained for the first time with Noah.
