Divide you meals to 4-6 a day, including activity(walk, jump, bowl, hit, etc). Good idea but ... I think the main way it would work is ... still ... the total caloric intake of the multiple meals must be less than large meals. If you are only talking about eating 1200 calories a day ,..... I would think .... you will ose weight. Even if you ate one 1200 calorie meal a day ... you wouldlose weight. But multiple meals are preferred.

I lost my weight by eating 400 cal, 3 times a day. The most important things to remember are to be consistent and to exercise.
