You'll just use the standard form 1040. Your husbands 1099-Misc will be Miscellaneous Income. He will most likely have to pay self employment tax on that income as well.

You'll use a 1040, a schedule C or C-EZ, and a schedule SE. His business income and expenses will go on the C or C-EZ (which of these to use depends on the type of business he has). He'll figure his self-employment tax on a schedule SE. The numbers from these two schedules will transfer to the 1040. Your W-2 info will go on the 1040.

You might also use additional forms. If you itemize, you'd use a schedule A. There are other forms and schedules for various credits and situations that some people have.
