It depends on what type of cat it is. If you run over Long Cat, he'll probably get tangled up in your tire and possibly the back tire. Have fun trying to cut him out.
Drill Cat WILL pop your tire and kill your children, so you'll have to shell out for a new tire. THOUGH, you might get some extra sex from the wife to make more smeeeets, unless you don't want any.
Serious Cat probably won't be a problem, but you'll likely be sued by him. Hmmm... you won't encounter Ceiling Cat since he's usually watching people masturbate and Trash Cat is heavily fortified by a trash can(Unless you can find one in a plastic trash can).

wow thats nice, yep you will so mess up your tires and your car and everything what a mess then you will have blood splatter to clean and wow, sounds like to much to deal with then to run over a cat. Besides if you get caught its a felony
