Repos effect, but payments and paid account in full looks much better.
If you decide not to pay, and collection gives up another collection can pick it up and then you have just added to your bad list. Your one item turned to possibly three.
Not a chance you want to take. But its your decision, think of your future. Good Luck.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

I have placed this in the source box. There is a wealth of information there and a great free debt management software program. I bookmarked the site as I return to it often for the advice it offers. I hope this helps you.

A repo is the third worse item you can have on your report. The two items that are more harmful is bankruptcy and foreclosure.

I don't think you have much choice, If you refuse to pay them I'm sure they will take you to court, and the court can revoke your license and put a lean against your paycheck if you have a job. and if that still doesn't work you may find yourself in jail.
