First, you need to stop hitting your sister. I realize she's making you mad but that doesn't give you the right to hit her. No matter what anyone else is doing you always have control over what you do. When you feel that urge rising, you need to walk away. Lock yourself in the bathroom if you need to and blast the stereo but do not strike her.

Second, you need to talk to your parents. It may sound like whining or tattling but obviously what is going on is really affecting you. You need to let your parents know that. Let them know the kind of reactions you are having to this. If that doesn't work, you need to talk to a counselor at school. You need help making this stop now before you end up with problems controlling your fists any time someone starts cussing you out.

Lastly, you need to know that you are not a bad person. My brother and I had a horrible relationship when we were in middle and high school and I would easily call him one of my best friends now. Something about that age is really rough on sibling relationships. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Some people do not like hearing this but prayer is always a good thing. You can always catch more with honey than you can with vinegar. I know it is hard sometimes to be nice to someone who has such a bad attitude, but don't give up on her, there is something wrong - come out and ask her what it is that is making her do such a thing, and tell her how you feel, how those words cut to the bone, she needs to know that, even if she doesn't want to hear it, you need to get it off your chest as well. Good Luck.

Make her look like the fool that she is! Everytime she cusses say something like; "Oh, very classy" or "pretty!" or "Thats real attractive" then TOTALLY walk away

Try looking at her and saying "excuse me" every time she swears at you. Just keep it up and don't respond with anything else until she gets the picture and says whatever she wanted to communicate in nicer words.
