Well, lets look at each answer individually:

a: an allivual fan is an alluvial deposit in a stream where the water velocity abruptly changes

b: A moraine is a hill or ridge caused by glacial deposit

c: a delta is a flat area of alluvial deposit where branches of a river diverge at the mouth

d: a water table is a subterrianian area where earthen materials are saturated with water

I would say that a river can produce "a" and "c".

A river definately has nothing to do with "b". While I think a river could have an effect on the water table, I do not think a river produces a water table, so I do not think "d" is correct.
