I've never been to Fire of Brazil, BUT I have been to Fogo de Chao, which is the exact same concept. Their prices are fixed, usually around $50 a head. Salad bar, which is AMAZING, is included, then the all you can eat meat ( beef, lamb, chicken, pork, sausage). Drinks and dessert are extra. Basically your "Gaúcho chefs" come around which skewers of meat and cut what you want at the table. They put sides on the table, mashed potatoes, bread, plan-tans. You have a card that is green on one side, red on the other. When you are ready for meat, you flip the card to green, when you've gotten all you want, flip to red. Kinda pricey, but I love it. It is something you'll never forget. Absolutely amazing.

I haven't tried Fire of Brazil, but I have tried the Fire Grilled Whopper at Burger King. I'm assuming they're similar. I can describe it in one word: Delicious! You should try it. You'll love it.
