No. Don't do it, I tried and I gained twice as much weight as I was planning on losing. I did some research and this is because your body goes into starvation mode and conserves as much fat and energy as it can, making you tired and bloated. Then once you do start eating again, your body really likes the food and doesn't want to have to deal with that starvation again so it gains as much weight as it can so it has assurance it won't run out.

Starvation diets are bad for you. Besides that, you won't really lose the weight faster. Your body goes into a survival mode and your metabolism slows down to conserve your energy. You will lose weight but you will feel like crap and you will have absolutely no energy. The weight you lose won't be all fat either. You will also lose muscle. Muscles need to be fed. At least if you're going to do that-go on a low carb diet-if you are really overweight. You can eat all the protein you want so your muscles will still be fed, but your body will have to burn the fat for energy because you're not eating the carbs. For the first few days you'll still feel hungry because you won't be used to going without the carbs, but then you'll get used to it and you will lose weight.

Yeah it does, for the moment. However, it puts your body into starvation mode so when you are losing "weight" and looking slimmer it is because your body is burning it's own muscle and storing the fat. It will frig your whole body up and screw with your natural metabolism. This can also cause heart attacks, strokes and seizures. Don't do it.

Don't do this unless you want to gain weight. Any weight you will lose in the two weeks will come back and you will gain even more. What happens is your body will think it is being starved. So when you begin eating again the fat cells will grab up as much fat as possible and hold on to it. So in the future, it will be harder to lose weight. Your fat cells will become larger so that they can retain more fat. So don't do it.

your body will deplete all available glycogen stores from the muscles and liver from the lack of carbohydrates in the diet. when glycogen is depleted water is also removed from skeletal muscle. depending on your body composition this could make a person look differently, it's hard to say better or worst. if you have little muscle mass probably worst. it definetly will not increase the level of "tone" or definition.

Skinnier. I think you will lose about 5-10lbs AT LEAST. When I starved myself, I kept eating tiny portion dinners since I had to eat dinner with my family every night...and I didn't want to make them uncomfortable. I lost 15lbs in 5 weeks. Don't worry about metabolism slowing down etc...it is not going to make a major difference.

Actually, in order to lose weight you must eat more than normal..not junk foood or anything though..you have to get 2,000 calories in a day and everythinng your body needs..walking and running also keeps you fit..but only drinking and not eating for 2 weeks is very unheathy..
