This girl at work is a freshman, and im a sophmore, we go to differrent schools. i asked her to my school dance and she said okay but at the last minute said no because she didnt relize her dance was the same night. i gave her a rose and told her i liked her and would like to get to know her better. She said yah and that she really was looking forward to the dance with me, but wanted to go to hers, Do not know why she didnt invite me to hers but whatever. this was three weeks ago. This weekend a girl my friend from school, said her grandparents asked about me. I guess the girl from works mom workes for her grandparents and asked what i was like. My friend from school said i was really nice. i found out they asked my friends mom and she said that i was trustworthy and would trust me to go anywhere with my friend from school. The girl from work is really quite and doent talk much to me unless i say something first. does the person from work like me or not and what does her shyness mean?

I'm pretty shy when it comes to guys but with my friends and people I somewhat talk to, I am usually pretty outgoing. I think I get so shy around guys because I don't want to say anything stupid or if I try to make a joke or something like that it will be lame. But that's really sweet that you gave her a rose and all of that. I'm pretty sure that the girl from work likes if she asked about you, though...just try and get to know her and talk to her more. Shyness could just be a part of her personality, though or maybe she just really likes you and knows that you know that she knows (lol) that she told people abot what she thought about you...(if you got any of that, lol ^_^)

I believe it depends... a lot of girls are shy but it's usually because they don't think they're pretty even though they are. I'm not sure though because usually when a guy says that they're pretty they fall for them unless they don't like 'em... I'd say give it another shot! If she told her parents or whateve then she might just like you!
