omg. im 5'4 and weigh 100 lb, although I would really, REALLY like to gain 5-10 pounds. I hate how everyone is always like, 'omg your soooo skinny' and 'do you eat?' and all of that crap. I feel like im too skinny, like i look unhealthy, you know? so i'm in the same situation that you're in. So far, I have got into a weight training program as a class at school and I can tell a difference in muscle tone and just looking more solid, or something. I am going to start drinking a protein shake (you can buy them at GMC) twice a day and basically just try to eat a bunch of food during the day! haha. well good luck and i'll let you know how I do!

eat alot bfore sleeping. when you sleep the body dont take in foods and burn them it just puts them to the side and it turns into fat. but when you are awake and active it will burn it right up and nothing but quickly lost energy will come of it. or you could eat a whole lot in the day and work out at knight to build muscles and turn what you ate into long lasting energy. muscle weighs more than fat does but fat is easier to gain so it all depends on how fast you whant to get the weight.

figure out your calorie intake. Then add about 300 more calories to that and keep that up for a few weeks and you will gain weight. But you also need to exercise and if you do that and want to gain weight to will prob need to increase it by more than 300.

Eat pastas but not a whole bunch
and for excersizing do conditioning muscles it willl make you look more normal but still have that nice skinny look 2 u
