I don't like talking to people who speak my language. Seriously, I have hard time putting correct sentences in my own language. I feel comfortable speaking in English.

Some of my mom's friends when they come to visit and they all want to chat with me. They always correcting me with my language. They keep saying I'm forgetting my own language which makes me look stupid.

Should I just stop talking to people who from my country? What should I do?

I don't have time to take language classes.

Honestly speaking, its completely up to you.
I don’t really think that your mother or the family should decide either to speak their language or not.
My son refuses to speak my other languages & I respect his wish. He prefers to speak English because we are living in the US now & he goes to the school where everyone speaks English. I believe that is his choice to speak any other language or not.

However, I have a tip for you; it’s really cool for you to speak other language beside English. It will help you a lot for a career or so. This decision is totally up to you & its not bad to try it anytime you feel like it.

Just relax & try to talk to your mother quietly. I am sure she will understand & value your desire.

Take care

I am a native German speaker, but I also speak & write English and French and Dutch (Holland), and I speak some other languages semi well. If I were you I would learn the language of the country in which you were born. Also tell your mother's friends that you are not fluent because you are not in a country where that language is normally spoken, also you would try.
Viel Glück (Good Luck)

if you are uncomfortable speaking in what ever language it is then you should improve your skills with that language, you will be better off with more than one language.

They are just worried about you because they care. They want you to be at least bilingual, which can be very important when you look for jobs.
