I'm not talking about exercises but sets and reps or a certain technique that would get them stronger faster. thanks

It's not going to happen quickly unless you're on drugs. That usually isn't worth the risk.

I would work out with high weight and low reps like whatever you can do 6-8 times. Do a couple sets if necessary. Curls will work the biceps a lot. Bench press, or tricep extensions/push downs will work the triceps a lot. Stretch the muscles used before and after lifting. Make sure you breathe deep and properly when lifting. Like in benching breathe in when lowering and out when pushing. Drink lots of water, and get lots of sleep...muscles heal when you sleep. Feel the burn!

Work your arms on your leg day. The GH release from hitting yor legs will affect your arms when you tear them down with curls and tricep exts. Only do that work out once a week and you'll see good gains, yet you have to go balls out -you should be sore for a couple of days after-ward.

tricep= 2/3 of the muscle mass in the arms; not the bicep
