Okay, normally I have no problem eating healthly unless it involves someone else. See, my dad bought pizza for dinner and I would feel bad if I didn't eat anything. So I had once slice and a breadstick. That's it....well, with some water. More specifically, it was 1 slice large pizza hut plain crust cheese pizza. I'm just wondering if this result in a gain of excess weight if this is all I have for dinner?

I probably consumed about 600 to 700 prior to dinner.

I'm sure you could only gain about 0.006 lb.s, and you'd get enough exercise walking away from the table to lose five times that much. Don't fret about this stuff, yo. You are really cool, and shouldn't have to worry about this stuff. It's okay. relax. What fun is spending your life worrying about your weight? Whether it's thinking you're too short, fat, or something else, we're all a little self-conscious in one way or another. Stop caring about what others think about you, because you sound really awesome-liscious already to me!

Okay, for starters, you didn't state your age but I'm assuming you're a teenager. One single slice wont make you fat. True, that's probably 700 calories, but if you consumed only 500 calories each for breakfast and lunch, you're still below the recommened daily caloric intake. Other than that, you're metabolism will probably burn that. Now if you're going to do this on a daily basis, that's another story. Gaining or losing weight is all about adding or subtracting total caloric intake. If your activities burn more calories than you actually take in, then your weight wont go up, you'll actually lose weight (until your body realizes what you're doing, then it starts to modify its own metabolism to get it back in sync. Eat right, eat proper, get enough exercise, and you'll stay in shape.
