weigh 205 pounds. 6 feet tall. eat healthy. play bball on weekends. other times watch tv and go on computer. havent had a gf yet. upset :(

You seem to be doing all of the right things, but, you should excersise during the week, when you're not playing bball.

Exercising three times a week, for twenty minutes each time is a great way to achieve an ideal body mass index for any size or weight person.

You probably just need a little more exercise to achieve what you might want as body shape.

As for the girlfriend give it time, you will find someone, sooner or later, and finding one that actually cares about you, (they take the time to learn about you, and you about them) is worth the wait, in my opinion, cause it is better if you find someone to love that feels the same way about you.

Yes the hormonal part is a little more difficult, but not worth the error if your wrong as that can really hurt, especially for Guys.
