Sometimes children are reflections of their parents, meaning if the parent was a bully, alot of times so are the child. Sometimes children are bullied because of family problems at home, or are bullied by their older siblings.

If kids are being bullies I'm sure they've exhibited some behavior their parents didn't catch on to. If parents are kind and sensitive they usually teach and raise their kids the same.
