Joshua 1:9
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

There are too many good ones to pick a favorite. I'll just say this: I have a lovely ex wife, so James 4:4 and Proverbs 30:20 come to mind alot...
James 4:4- You adulteresses , do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God ? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Proverbs 30:20- This is the way of an adulterous woman : She eats and wipes her mouth , And says , "I have done no wrong".
These are not my favorites but it felt good to know that God knows what I went through!

Unfair! There are so many but one slmost any child learns early on is John 3:16 which convicts and convinces so many to accept our Lord as Lord and Saviour. I love the "whosoever will..." That "will" sure shows that it is truely our choice and no one can make it for us and works won't do it-it is His pure grace.
I note yours is from Rev.. and love that book-study it vs by vs many times and could do so a lifetime and always learn something new.
I love Robert K's answer too. Any promise in the Bible we can bank on because our Triune God cannot lie. Awesome!

There are so many that I love such as 1 Thessalonians 4:13 - 18
#16 says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first". I also love John 14:1-4 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know." One of the most functional ones for me is 11 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not give us the spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a sound mind". Fear covers a lot of territory including worry, lack of trust, timidity etc. We are to be powerful, loving and sound-minded. Have a good one and thanks for the question. Mmm

Revelations 6:8
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him.
Matthew 6:22
The light of the body is the eye:if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

My favorite Bible verse is Hebrews 13:5 "Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
I find this to be a great verse. It reminds me that God is faithful and won't leave me to my own demise. He's always there even when you don't think so.

Proverbs 1:7 - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
and Psalm 78:47 - He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.
