how did the show get your story? if u have a problem, and u respect dr. phil's advise, and u feel like u might benefit from his help, then go. i would advise not to go if all u want is some air time

its my personal opinion that dr phil is a douchebag. he doesn't do anything that is revolutionary. all he does is give people the guise that he is helping others. real therapists don't have to make a fortune by capitalizing on other peoples problems.

would'nt even consider it.This guys' a charlatan You go on his show to and do divulge your innermost fears and doubts. Then he highlights your apprehensions to his audience. Then he deals with you by turning doubts into self incrimination,So that you feel upset and crying, but he has resolved your problem. He's no more interested in your cares and worries than the man in the moon. His sole intent is to manipulate his subject.and orchestrate his audience like a violin.Even the sound of his voice sends me up the wall

You dont necessarily have to go on a tv show to discuss your problem with the world to hear, but you do need counseling for that. I am going through a similar problem. My ex husband is so reliant on me and it does cause problems with me and my fiance. So I know how you feel, actually my fiance does. If you love her the way he loves me, go to counseling.

Of course you should!!!!! Every troubled relationship starts this way!!! Forget counseling or attempting to work out the problem like civilized adults, this is America, and what better way to live your life than letting everyone in the country know how screwed your situation is.

now that issue i would not put my business out there on the street. That is what yall about to do. you don't want the whole word to know that you got issues. It aint good to imbarrass folks either. but that you! my sister went on judge joe brown and made a fool out of herself and the person she was against and now everyone is talking about it. Not a good thing to live with but yall won't be the only one's doing it, so good luck!!!!!!
