Bon soir (pronounced bon-swor) is good evening. :)
(So saying it twice would be like saying good evening twice lol.)
You can also say "Bon nuit" (Bon-nwee) which means "goodnight." Or "Bon matin" (bon-mat-an) for "good morning."

I've never heard the same word said twice in a row but the word I think you mean is "Bonsoir" and it means good evening or hello. If you say it at night before bed it means good night. It might be a slang term know as l'argot that would translate as hey or what's up. Hope this helps.

Tommy, what you mean is "Bonjour", and it means Good Day!!
Bon = Good, Jour = Day. You can also say "Bonne Journée" for Good Day. "Bonne Nuit" = Good Night. Perhaps you meant to write "Bonsoir" which is Good Evening. "Au revoir" = Goodbye.
