I have the same problem!! I hate it!! Especially since I have side bangs!! I suggest that you put in a REALLY LOSE pony tail. If you want it straight just straighten it in the morning. If you want it curly, DON'T curl it at night. It looks HORRIBLE! I have the secret that makes your hair look great!! After you put it on you hair looks shiny and great!! It is in an orange bottle. It is called Smoothing Serum from Loreal I think!! It works fantastic!! Put it on before you style it. I must worn you, it is really slimy when you spray it on your hands but after you apply it to your hands just wash your hands after you use it. I hope I helped. ♥ you hair and you, no matter how it looks!!

Nicole do you know how to wrap your hair? Wrap it and tie it down. I use the panty part of my panty hose because I can not stand anything tight on my head. Cut the legs off. Leave enough to pull together to make a knot.
Use a large Vent brush to wrap your hair around your head. It does not have to be perfect but get it as smooth as possible. Use hair clips or pins to hold in place .Carefully put on the stocking cap you made. Let me know if this helps!

If you go to bed with your hair wet, that's why. Dry and style it first.
If its dried and styled, use a large-barreled curling iron or staightener or style it with the hair dryer in the morning just to heat your hair up again as you fix the messy parts.

I'd dry it at night. And if you want to wear your hair straight then just straighten it in the morning. If you want it curly i'd just rewet it in the morning and put mousse in it.

You can put it in a showrer cap (I know it sounds silly), but that way your hair won't mess up.
My sister has bangs also, she blows them in the morning.

put it up in a french twist before going to bed or put a thick headband in before going to bed to keep your bangs down

well, that happens to me also. if your hair is straight like mine, just redry your hair a bit. but i hear the sheets on your pillow matter. apparently, silkier pillows keep your hair from getting funky

why don't you wash it at night and just rewet it in the morning under the kitchen sink...and then dry it.
