due to the recent wave of auto accidents involving teens in your town, the town council is reviewing several ordinances designed to increase safety in the town. One measure would ban anyone under the age of 18 from driving in the dark. Many of the accidnets were at night so the council belvies that this bill wil help decrease the no of accidents . Some people however belives that the measure will not be effective and htat it discriminates against teen drivers

. It sounds like you have a pretty good start already. I suggest you pick a side to this situation and present your arguments for your position in your essay. To be effective,do your research and give specific references to your material so your audience can go verify it if they wish. Try to use the material you find to support your position without getting overly emotional. Well researched and presented facts will win over a barrage of tears.

In the begining man invented the wheel then alowed teenagers to play with it.
there is only one way to stop teen accidents and that is to take the keys off them. seriously though you've got to look at the logic and practicality behind all ideas.
Restricting young people is only going to make the situation worse as young people always do the opposite of what they are told.
Banning after hours driving for under 18's is only a quick fix,
you have to look at the long term, Education is the key.
