If you are just picking someone up you really aren't going into the airport itself just leave dog in car. For the short time you have to go in and pick up the person.

Unfortunately animals need to be restrained in a cage at the airport, unless of course it's a guide dog.

No u cant take ur Dog to the terminal Bldg unless it is a Guide Dog.
U can leave ur pet in your vehicle in the Parking lot if weather allows

I hate to say it but if your picking someone up check the arrivals before you leave home and leave the dog in the car...........
