If you had her spayed, this would not be a question.

Take her to the vet.

First of all, IS there good reason for you to suspect that your cat may be pregnant? Is she intact (not spayed)? Has she had occassion to go outside and mate? If answer to this is "yes" then she may be pregnant. Pregnant cats can still be very active, but if she has been sleeping all day but is eating, drinking and using the litter box normally, then she is probably having an "off day" becuase she may have overdone the activities the other day. My two male cats will sleep and be lazy all day after two days of activity, zooming around the house, and non-stop exploration of the garage, the outdoor enclosure and the house. Perhaps your kitty is just tired. If she is still laying about by tomorrow, take her to the vet.

If you had to move her a couple of times and you just think she may be pregnant, I'd call the Vet if she still is this way tomorrow. This is not a normal pregnancy sign. I never had to turn my cats when they were pregnant with kittens. Your cat sounds pretty sick not just pregnant. Please get ahold of the Vet.

Sounds like a silly question, but has she had "access" to a tomcat? If so, maybe she is pregnant. If she's still lethargic tomorrow, take her to the vet just to make sure. She/he'll be able to give you an idea of whether or not she's pregnant and if she is, when you can expect kittens. If she's not pregnant, you need to know why she's lethargic. Good luck!

Sounds awfully pregnant. Cats have a tendancy to give birth in a "safe place." In my house, this has included an open dresser drawer and on my bed. You can't move the kittens once they come, so try to "confine" her to a place you are willing to allow to get gooey and keep kitties for awhile.

Congrats, you're gonna be a grandma!

Make sure she is using her litter box. A stopped up cat will still eat . My Friends bit the end off of a soother, kitty lived but refused to pay his own vet bill. If your cat is adult, not fixed, outside. she will be pregnant soon if not now.

She could be getting ready to deliver. When my cat had babies, she found one certain spot and stayed in it for a whole day, wouldn't go anywhere else. She could be trying to make a place to have them.

Yes, my cat always stayed under the bed, and I could not figure out why, until one day she had two kittens. She may be getting ready to give birth.

I think your cat is preggers . . . has she been outside where she could meet a 'daddy' cat?

You may want to take her to the vet to find out when she's due.

Good luck!

If she is over 6 months old and not spayed, goes outside, I'm sure she is. The gestation for cats is 63 days. If she has kittens or not, please spay your cat.

Sounds like it, or she is tired after a night on the tiles!
