Well, it's kind of self explanatory but okay I'll tell you. In a relationship, the woman may be confused and unsure of her feelings. It's nothing that you personally had done wrong, it's just that she needs the time to think about the whole dating thing. It's exactly what it says: her and not you. <3

She means one of two things:
#1 (most likely) "it's not me, it's you"
#2 (occasionally) I can't deal with this. I'm still not over ______ or I can't decide what I want, but I'm not willing to give you a shot right now.

It means it is you and they are not that into you. Sorry I have been on both sides of this. Move on if they feel that way you will always be hurting. Hope this helps.
