When a guy stares at you when he walks pass you, what does this mean?

This means that when a guy sees someone he thinks is attractive, he not only instantly thinks of sleeping with her, but his hormones also kick in, and most guys don't learn how to control these urges until they are around 30, thus you end up with a lot of women being stared at.

i dont think it makes any difference. u dont stare at people just to stare. you stare because either there is smth really wrong with them or u cant get enough of looking at them.Sometimes it means you look good, sometimes people dont know themselves what makes them look at a particular person. Sometimes it means that you look familiar and he is trying to remember where he saw u before.if it was just ones, it doesnt mean anything. if he is doing it many times,then he likes you. if its a stranger on a street, then he thought u r attractive
