i know sugar or salt doesn't already.

Carbon dioxide is not good for you, it is not in drinks. What is in it is carbonated water, that is where the "fizz" comes from. Anyway that is why we breathe OUT C02, not inhale or drink it.

Do you mean the carbonation? Have you tried expiramenting with pressure? There are lots of factors to consider... the amount of the beverage, the amount of carbonation in the beverage, and the temperature, like you've said. Perhaps if you work with moving the liquid around or putting it in one of those special vaccuum seal containers. I don't know what else to suggest, because I don't know what you're doing, but I hope my questions will get you thinking. :)

Pressure. A can of pop is pressurized. When you open the can the pressure is released and the CO2 comes out of solution -- that's the bubbles.
