I want to know does only take one time too see fertile eggs, or will they mate more than once to have fertile eggs.

eggs usually come within 7-14 days after mating. Cockatiels mate for recreation as well. So, you have no way of knowing if this was the first time or not. Ultimately, the hen decides when to lay the eggs. Make sure that you have a 12x12x12 nesting box filled with pine shavings

You don't need a male for her to lay eggs. All he is there for is to make them fertile. Does she have some nesting material and somewhere to lay these eggs?

Better make sure they have a nest box if you want the eggs to hatch. Don't put it off.
