go to celebertyatheists.com or famousatheists.com & you will find many wonderful atheists like Steve Wozniac, Lance Armstrong , Angelina Jolie & Sigmund Freud are among the many intelligent , humanatarians who don't beleive in gods . i think one is far weaker having to beleive in something in the sky you can't even see to be & do good , we atheists are good & kind because it's just the right way to be in tihs world . check out youtubes "atheist" . religion has done more to supress science & murdered more people than all other wars ever waged , hmmmm , give it thought , why more people are still afraid to admit to not beleiving in god , it hasn't been that long sinse the churches would touture & murder you for not beleiving in their particular god & is that way in many places today . if the evengelical president we currently have in our country had jhis way we also would be punished for not believeing in hois god . religion isn't what it takes to be successful , beieiving in yourself is a good start , & living be the golden rule is another strong value & do onto others is a must . also success isn't just measured by $$$$$$ . my art has been seen world wide & is far more valuable in my life & will be once i'm long gone . good luck with your life , an honest , kind atheist , tp. mullin (artist) popclt.com

I have no idea what religion Bill Gates is. But having money is not an indication of the strength of faith a person has.

No, Bill Gates is an admitted atheist.

As is Warren Buffet.

Btw, they are No. 1 and No. 2 most generous givers to charity.

Would it make any difference whether or not he was religious?!

He got where is is today cos he is a genius. And his foundation helps people cos he is a good person...

Faith is a matter of choice, some people choose to have it, some don't.

He is not a hard core Atheist. His wife is Catholic and he has been to several Masses himself. He has just said that he wasn't sure that our idea of God was correct. Mostly you have to remember that Mr. Gates got where he is because he is brilliant.

Are you being sarcastic? Are u trying to imply that being an athiest helped his success? If not, sorry, lol. Thats a good question, tho. Usually if someone believes strongly in something, they believe strongly in themselves too. Whatever his religion is indirectly proves that he may have gotten success because of it.

"Just in terms of allocation of time resources, religion is not very efficient," he explains. "There's a lot more I could be doing on a Sunday morning."
