actually, i want to buy something from outside my country. What extra charges i hav to pay if the cost of electronic item is around Rs. 600 only. how can i transct the money without having any credit card however i hav a debit card...? plz help me...

Request them for transfer of Rs. 600/- to foreign as per RBI rules.
