No. Just cook what you want and place the remainder of the uncooked bacon back in the orignal packaging. Wrap it really, really well with plastic wrap and keep it in your fridge. It'll last about a week or so.

Depends on what you need for your dish or recipe. I always cook the whole package because we don't use it except for potato salad or broccoli salad. We like bacon and after it's cooked & it isn't really a lot of bacon for a big party salad.
If I were making a number of egg salad sandwiches and adding bacon, then I'd probably use 1/2 the package, freeze the remainder. It's good but too much cholesterol for us to eat in one sandwich.

You don't HAVE to cook the whole package, but if you enjoy bacon as much as I do, then yeah, cook all of it. If you want to save the rest, place the remainder in a zip-lock or similar bag and try to get as much of the air out of the bag as you can. Clean up any juice that spills out, refrigerate promptly and try to use the rest in the next few days.

No you don't have to cook the whole package. Just use what you want & cling wrap the rest. Keeps for a couple of weeks in the fridge or you can freeze it in a plastic bag.

No you don't. For a few days the left overs can be put in the meat section of your fridge. If it will be longer, put it in a Ziploc bag or vacuum pack it, and put it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
What I like to do is cook the entire package, drain it on paper towels, use what I need then, and put the rest in the freezer. When I need a piece or two, I take it out, nuke it, and eat away!

No. Buy some freezer bags (if you don't know where to find them at your grocery store ask one of the staff) and divide the bacon into portions that you would eat in one sitting. If you want to cook one portion straight away leave one out and freeze the rest. I hope this helps you. All this talk of bacon is making me hungry!

No, you dont have to cook the whole package. what I do is remove the amount that I want and then either freeze or refrigerate the left overs after they are wrapped in a freezer safe bag.

Not at all. Just cook as many slices as you'd like and put the rest back in the fridge (wrapped in plastic or in the original package, as most are zip loc closable now).

If you are going to eat all of it, then go ahead. However, if you're not, then just cook whatever you can eat. Reseal the rest in the package and return it to the fridge to enjoy at a later time.

Nope, bacon keeps for about two weeks in the fridge, and freezes well.
I usually cut my packages in half, keep one half in the fridge, and the other in the freezer. It will last a good three or for months in the freezer before it begins to get freezer burn.
