Not bad at all. As long as you can work off the carbs and calories the next day (my fav is still the finger treadmill), and you can function at your work the next day, then yes it is totally awesome to have two beers every night.

I don't think that it's terrible, but it's definately not good for you for several reasons. For example, it's fattening and over time it's going to take it's toll. there have also been studies that have shown that when you drink alcohol you dont rest as well at night. Even if it seems like alcohol puts you to sleep better, your body doesn't get the same quality of sleep. Eventually that will take it's toll on your skin, body and hair. It may seem crazy, but try to limit daily alcohol intake and drink more water, and i bet you'll start feeling great.

I think it is only bad if you NEED two beers every night. If you have a problem skipping a day...or two...or seven...then you got a problem.

You mean sometimes you don't live a little and have a third? Or maybe a shot? Maybe finish that six pack? It's only bad if you think it's bad. Hell, I have a glass or two of Jack every night. So I say bottoms up! We're only promised today, so we should live it well.

Yes it definitely is if you do it longterm. My boyfriend used to drink a 12 pack every single nite for 5 years, until he got diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure because of it. So be careful!
