what you need:
dashi (fish stock), miso paste (soybean paste), soft tofu, water, green onions.
How to cook:
boil water and dashi (optional, as you taste the dashi then it is enough). Reduce the heat to low, add miso paste (this is like salt, so you have to taste it. It depends how salt you want it to be). ONCE you add miso paste, DO NOT Boil it! because it will result loss of miso flavour. Then, add tofu and chopped green onions, simmer for 5 minutes.
