My son is 6 and screams and crys worse than I have even seen him do. He complained alot of his stomach hurting since fall but only at bed time. I took him then to e.r. and they said nothing was wrong. Then last week it came back after he had stopped complaining for a month or 2. Friday and each night since has been horrible I took him back to e.r. on saturday they tested urine, x-rayed, and blood work. They told me all they could come up with is growing pains. He has vomited once everynight since Friday. Bowel movements and all that are normal. I took him to a doctor today who has him schudelued for a cat scan tomorrow at Children's Hospital. He wants and goes to school and is fine till he gets home. But he dosen't do anything but lay around he is usually glued to video games or something. Has anyone ever went through anything like this or have any suggestions?

I am having the same problem and have had Gall Bladder, Liver, Kidneys & everything else checked and they can't find anything. I am trying different foods at the moment to see if that's causing it e.g tomatoes, Greasy foods etc, etc..

Thank you to the person who suggested Probiotics it's usually the first thing I use and this time round never thought of it!

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. I've had it since I was 10.
It's usually triggered by food allergies. A few hours after eating the offending item.

My daughter is 7 months and replaced into slumbering tremendous by the evening then swiftly she began doing a similar ingredient. each evening 2 am crying, lets get her back to sleep then lay her down and she'd start up screaming back. My husband tried preserving her up a 1/2 hour later then she in many situations replaced into (she might want to get horribly cranky) besides the undeniable fact that it worked and now shes slumbering by the evening back. sturdy luck

CHECK HIM FOR PIN WORMS. ONE OF MINE HAD THEM ABOUT THAT AGE. CHIEF COMPLAINT IS TUMMY ACHE. USUALLY AT NIGHT WHEN THEY SLOW DOWN ENOUGH TO MENTION IT. BOWEL MOVEMENTS ARE USUALLY NORMAL. USE FLASHLIGHT AFTER CHILD GOES TO SLEEP AND LOOK IN RECTAL AREA. IF THEY ARE THEIR,THEY APPEAR WHITE IN COLOR AND SHOW IN THE DARK ROOM WITH FLASH LIGHT. WORTH A TRY.
