Did they accuse you of having a "late" payment--but you sent the bill a week early--and subsequently raised your interest rate?

billy, thank you for responding. I have been trying, fairly unsuccessfully to bring what I think is a total scam by GM, into the pulic light, but GM seems to be unbelieveably powerful. Everytime I have tried to e-mail someone in the media, my computer has an "error." It sounds so paranoid, but I am not a freak.I wish people would not just accept this b.s., it truly is fraud. An individual would go to jail for such actions.

I Worked For A Telemarketing Company... We Called People Who Own GM Cards ... Under The Ownership Of HSBC Finance. We Had Alot Of People Complain About This Card... I Am In No Way Associated With Gm Or HSBC But Just Called Their Customers To See About Promotions! But The Answer To Your Question YES . Alot Of People Complain About Interest/Late Payment ...Etc... Get A New Card With Someone Else...Save The Trouble With Dealing With This Company!
