I sleep in way too much and i'm always tired. Is there some way i can get up early so i don't fuss about wasting half the day with sleep. i want to get up early like 6 and not feel tired. HELP!!!

Go to bed at 8 or 9 pm and you will get up at 6am. Take a shower...do some exercise...eat breakfast....that should wake you up.

Go to bed earlier and set your alarm clock. If you keep hitting snooze then put the alarm over the other side of the room so you have to get up out of bed to turn it off.
