Bob, Bob, Bob! You must be in a rush!! Your blood/HIV/ HepC and hair questions are usually much more elaborate than this! I am disappointed in you...
Soo, this time I am gonna have to give you a 1 because I know you can do better than this. If you are running out of story lines (I noticed you have stuck to the supermarket lately) may I respectfully suggest that the setting be a park, or maybe the doctor's office?
And as usual, btw, the answer is no.

Nothing will help now as those 2 deceases are blood born. If you had a cut r open wound is probable. Do you know if the person's
u got the blood from was given tainted with either of the
deceases u'd indicated? I have Hep C from a tainted blood operation in 1980 & know if your scalp had an opening it may have infected you. I can only implore that u see r Dr. for both blood testing thus maybe more to come in the future. I'm sorry.
Let's just hope & Pray you're not infected? Just keep the faith and
have the blood work done. If you really need to talk, I'm here or
know more "diana2172003@yahoo.ca" Anytime, O.K?

First of all wash your hair, but when washing ur hair make sure to wear gloves (which u can buy at any drug store), then wash your hair 3 times. You should be fine. The only way you may get sick is if the blood comes in contact with any of your portals (ie) eyes, nose, mouth, ears, or if you have any cuts yourself, such as a cut on a finger and etc. It's understandbale that you are freaking out, but the best way to confirm and ensure yourself that you didn't get anything is to get a blood test or an STD test done. This way it will verify if you got anything due to contamination and will be a concrete answer, this way you won't keep guessing and freaking out later after washing your hair.

Soap and water work really well. A 10 percent solution of bleach also works well. Keep out of eyes, nose and mouth. You should be fine. Rinse well. You don't want soap or bleach in your hair too long. I prefer soap.
By now, it's too late. You got anything you would have gotten. Clean up. If you are concerned or think you are at risk, see a doctor. You can be tested later after you've had time to incubate anything.

First off--wear a shower cap when shooting someone from point blank. No really, do it.
In all seriousness---no need to worry--as long as it stays away from your eyes you'll be fine. Shampoo--you can even use clarifying shampoo because it strips your hair of bad residues which will get all of the **** out.

Beeunique have the main suitable blood purple. it is rated as everlasting yet no purple is ever everlasting, it particularly is a complicated pigment to adhere. At maximum suitable it's going to final 3 weeks (tops) so which you will could reapply each couple of weeks to maintain the purple. EDIT in simple terms pass to their website and discover the main suitable purple (they have pictures of all diverse manufacturers) then in simple terms purchase from them :)

Use hot water and shampoo... Angle your head so that the blood runs away from your body and head, especially the eyes.

I don't think you have anything to worry about as long as you don't have any open sores, cuts, scatches,or anything like that,,,that the blood may have come in contact with,,,,I'd say wash it,,, and use a hot blow dryer and forget it,,,

unless it entered your body thru a cut or an orface you should be fine. if you are still worried, you could put rubbing alcohol in your hair, but be sure to use an intense conditioner afterward so you don't dry out your hair!
