BECAUSE as they told me...they were BOTH drinking..Friend "B" more than "A"..and long story short...they were going down the freeway at 1AM, "B"was yelling at "A" saying he was gona take her home and then Kill himself.. "A" couldnt calm him down, and told him to crash the car while she was in it...[y? i dunno] ..and he wouldn't he said he didnt want to hurt her...she pulled the steering wheel and the car went out of control...

he was arrested, and charged with a DUI, she was free 2 go.

my question is..what would have happened if "B" told the cops what she did?

and is it wrong that now he has all this debt and he blames it on her...when he was the one dRinking and Driving?

B would be still guilty of drinking and driving. Perhaps A could be charged with the same or at least assault, or wreckless endangerment.

The cops won't care because A and B were both intoxicated. B can try to sue in civil court but it is unlikely a judge will have simpathy or belive the claim if A doesn't admit blame. Obviously both people had too much to drink and made some poor choices. Accept the consequences and move on.

A and B are in need of a reality check, get to lovein or do not get in the car. A and B musta both been drunk or A would not have allowed B to operate a vehicle in drunken stupor.
If cops let A go, and A drove away, then A is at fault for not thinking clearly.

In that situation, I wouldn't believe anything I heard from 'A' or 'B'. If she was drunk, I doubt she would be 'free to go', at least no in the car. The whole thing sounds hypothetical to me.

The driver of the car is always responsible... whether b may have caused it or not,
