Get everyone a spa certificate, or a manicure/pedicure certificate. It's always nice to have someone get you a gift that lets you pamper yourself!

I am buying my bridesmaids a necklace and earring set that comes in engraved jewerly box from thingsremebered.com. Depeneding on the set it is like 40-50 it just depends on what your price range is and where you want to go from there!
Good Luck With Your Wedding Plans!

I like the basket, gift card & jewelery ideas. Here's another take on the jewelery idea...
Get one of those Italian charm bracelets for each of them, and pick out a few charms for each one that really shows their individual personalities. If it's appropriate, they can also wear them to the wedding. They'll be touched that you so obviously put so much time and thought into which charms to get them. I believe they also have maid of honor & bridesmaid charms...
Good luck & congratulations!

I made all of my girls a bath basket. I filled them with shower gel, a loofah, bubble bath, lotion, body spray (all the same scent of coarse), 2 candles (which just happened to also be the same scent), packets of hot cocoa, and a mug. My bridesmaid absolutely loved the baskets. It was easy and relatively cheap to make up the baskets. I got the loofahs, candles, baskets, cocoa and mugs at walmart. Then I went to Bath and Body for the body stuff (Got it all while they were having a fantastic sale). Then I got cellaphane wrap from a party store and that was it. Good luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding!! Hope this helps.

I got my girls (2 years ago) a stand of pearl at macys. They were $100, but 50% off, so $50 each (not bad). Like this:
http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=116339&CategoryID=569&LinkType=EverGreen
Then I got them each a bunch of little things and put together a gift bag. (flip flops, nail files, lip gloss, notepad, iTunes giftcard, lotions, body wash, etc.)
I started shopping a year before my wedding. If I saw something cute on sale, I picked up 8!
If you want to get one big thing, try thingsremembered.com or this is always a hit, I got this necklace as a bridesmaid gift:

I got mine the jewellery i wanted them to wear but i only had 2. I also took them out the morning of the wedding for a nice breakfast to say thank you and cause you need to eat a good breakie as who knows when you'll eat between then and dinner at the reception!
Maybe you could buy them the shoes there all going to be wearing or something along those lines. Im sure they would really appreciate it.

I agree w/ the spa certificate. If they have been in other weddings, the old "Engraved-whatever" gets a little boring. I would have LOVED a gift certificate for a massage or even to a store I liked or dinner. It's especially nice if you can get something to cater to the girls individual hobbies. A massage for the girly girl, maybe a gift card to a bookstore for one who loves reading, a wine certificate for the connoisseur etc etc.

anything personal...they will love a necklace with their initials or a simple poem just for them......getting items that say bridesmaid or the wedding date will end up in the closet or even in the trash.

My sister-in-law makes jewelry so I had her make all my girls faux pearl necklaces and earings for their dresses. I also went and bought a purse for them. They are cute purses and I chose each one out for each of them so they were all different. Plus they were small dressy purses they could use in the future. I didn't want to JUST get them something for the wedding day but something they could use afterwards.
