My routine i add weight and stay at it until i can do 15 reps with 4 to 5 sets of it will this method help me get defined or not?

i forgot to say that i take creatine an im now mixing it with my whey protein powder

up your weight lifting with 10lbs increments on each exercise. make sure you eating about 30-40 grams of protein per meal. dont skip any meals, about 5 to 6 a day. carbs are a key factor of bulking up so add good carbs with your protein, whole grain bread, sweet potato and brown rice are some good carbs that wont add fat. speaking of fat, use about a tablespoon of good fat per meal, olive,flax or peanut oil are great sources. remember its a combonation of protein, carbs and fat that makes the muscle grow.

Yeah, up your protien, try some WHEY protien shakes..To get cut you do, less weight, more often..and try some running..but keep the protien intake in check..you should be good.

Cut your calories, and do cardio like a madman. ie - burn more calories than you consume. That'll cut you up in a month or so.
