if its a war why dont we go in there and win, if its a police action why dont we let them police themselfs?

Congress didn't declare War so it can't be a war.
It would have been a Police Action if the UN had authorized the use of force as they did in Korea.
It was just an INVASION

Iraq looks like a police action, but is still in a state of war. If the war was declared over, we would have to follow a whole different set of rules. Rules of engagement, E.P.O.W.'s and such. We're not ready for that yet.

Because of armies are involved. The crimes are killing by bombs and police will not be able to cope.

they never say it as war........as they are already defeated one.u.s. had not learned from vietnam.poor marine have to suffer.
