I´m from Panama , and recently met this GI that´s from the US Air Force and who spend 4 months in this region , now he´s being assign to Germany, and I would like to know If there is a chance that he can be reassingned here again.I would appreciate any comments.

That really depends on a lot of things. Just for one example, the MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) he has may limit the number of places he can be stationed, or it could allow him to be stationed anywhere at all. Needs of the military of course play a big role in where we're stationed...
In short, it's a possibility, but there's a lot of factors that make it impossible to predict.

Yes, but there isnt a very good chance of him going back to Panama. Now Iraq is a different story, soldiers now a days are going back there two and three times.

If you go somewhere once you can DEFINATELEY go back. Yes it all depends on when.
