I wouldn't sit around waiting for a woman to come up to you and compliment you on your lean triceps. I'd be shocked if it ever happens. She might like your biceps but women like other parts of men better usually.
I hate to tell you this but you're probably the one who likes your arms the most.
Remember, women like to be the pretty one in a relationship.

Yes, physically wise women do like men that are lean and built because our instinct is to go after the strongest and most built to survive man and that is why we are attracted to the type of men we are attracted to but only until later does the personality kick in...

duh, just don't become a freak because then you scare them away even if they are physically attracted they are afraid you will eat them.
