you will have to go to a dentist.
No money is a problem, some dentists will let you pay it off over time, so it might not be a problem.
epsom salt might help take away some pain, and keep an infection down.
if your pharmacy carries clove oil, that will take away pain and it also kills germs, but it's not easy to find, not every pharmacy or drug store carries it. You need food or pharmacy grade, not the kind you put on your pillow or burn for insense.
epsom salt or clove oil is cheap, shouldn't be more than $5, or 10 at most, but I get it for under $5 in my area
clove oil is a small bottle, you just take a q-tip and rub some around your tooth, numbs the area
epsom salt is salt you mix with water and it's a mouthwash, you don't drink it.

An ER won't pull it, but they will give you antibiotics to calm the infection down. Find a dental school. The students there will pull it usually for free or for a very reduced fee. You need to get rid of the infection ASAP because the blood that supplies the tooth also runs through your entire system and that means the infection is running through your body.

I am so sorry you do not have dental insurance as I do not either. Call any hospital to see if they have dentists to help you out or call any dental school they do take people who cannot afford to pay much. I wish that we all could have healthcare when we do not have it from out jobs. Its a crying shame we cannot be like Canada where they have healthcare for everyone.

If it is an abscessed tooth, the ER would probably drain the abscess, and give you antibiotics and possibly something for pain. They cannot pull it while there is still infection present. The ER does pull teeth, though.

The emergancy room may or may not remove it, depending on them, but they will definatly give you something to take care of the infection and the pain..abcesses are very serious..and omg do they hurt!! Just let them know your situation when you walk in there.

ER will give you T3's and a antibiotic.
the Doctors at the ER don't pull teeth.
You have to go to a dentist or orthodentist!

find a free clinic so they can get you some antibiotics for the infection, and ask them to refer you to a dentist who can help.
otherwise, find a dentist, explain the problem and ask to work out a payment plan.
