If he works for a company, go to the foreman of the company. If he is an independant plummer, you are going to have to take the matter to court.

Give the plumber a brake .... you can be sure that if he did do it , did not intended and probably didn't even notice it happening as changing a bath tub in a already finished house and living in it is very difficult and is a struggle to install it ,is something you should had to anticipate as part of the renovation expense and would be your cost to repair it , as is a inevitable part of the project , you can be sure that every one involved had try their best not to damage any thing ,but accidents happen and when do, is part of the project expense .
