boost is a poor choice because it is loaded with corn syrup, frutose and vegetable oil, i reccommend slim fast high protein shake, these have good protein , carb and fat ratio plus less sugar.

Have you heard of Herbalife products? They are all natural and herbal. I take them and sell them. I lost a lot weight consuming the Protein shakes and protein snack drinks and taking their supplements. They are really good for you. No, this is not a sales pitch,LOL. But I was a size 14 and dropped to my ultimate size eight in a few months while staying nutritionally sound. It's definitely something to look into. For nutritional purposes take a look for yourself: http://herbal-nutrition.net/tastesgood . Search around my site, if you like. I take and use other products as well that a number of "friends" absolutely love! Skin products and omega 3's, etc. LOL, that's the only sales pitch I'll give you..and it's about average price if not less than in any health food store. Drinking a Boost on occasion won't hurt you but if you want to start right and stay on the right track use something good. If you are looking to gain weight, I carry that too. It's muscle bulk and not a fat builder. I always give discounts too! LOL hope to hear from you. feel free to leave an email on the site if you like! Take care.

I drink Boost and I love the taste (chocolate anyway) I don't know what you're trying to do, but I drink it to help me gain weight. I don't think it's really meant to be a meal replacement, it seems to satisfy my hunger a little though. I wouldn't really call it a snack, but it is a nutricious and delicious drink.
