It is a decongestant and expectorant combination.
It will dramatically reduce congestion and stuffiness.
If you or another took it accidentally or took too much, don't worry , it is only going to make you drowsy.
You should go see a doctor to make sure it didn't interact with other medications, if taking any.

Yes we country boys had it great, my cup was metal and the water from the well tasted almost good as the spring in the woods. But neither was drinkable after two things happen, one while pumping water for the cattle I pumped up a dead rat and the other at the spring after drinking we walked up the ditch to find the water flowing through the bones of a cow. Life is stranger than fiction!!!!

Thats for a cough.Robitussin puts it out,I really dont know what the rest of thoseletters meant, but iI think DM means dexomethoraphine,its supposed to loosen phlem so a person can expel it easier. Rubberstampr

It sounds like cough (tussin), and decongestant and probably antihistamine. Is there an active ingedient listing? But if you don;t know for sure don;t take chances!!!
